The Rivivente 500
A classic Fiat 500. Quietly electric.
A beautifully restored vintage Fiat 500, discreetly converted to electric power and made to order. The small Italian car you fell for, considered for the life you want to give it.

The original car is the point.
Rivivente begins with a vintage Fiat 500. Its compact proportions, familiar silhouette and period appearance are the reason to build it. Electric propulsion should make that car more enjoyable to use, without turning the cabin into a demonstration of the technology underneath.
The original-style speedometer stays. Battery state-of-charge takes the place of fuel level in an original-style gauge. Controls remain analog and tactile. The only screen in here is the windscreen.
This is a restored and electrified classic, distinct from the modern factory-built Fiat 500e. The intention is to preserve the original 500's character, rather than reproduce it in a new car.
Better where it matters.
Electric propulsion is one part of the car. Braking, suspension and the way you sit in it matter just as much. Our approach brings front disc brakes, upgraded suspension and improved seat foam and upholstery together with the electric drivetrain.
Modern conveniences are integrated discreetly. An original-looking radio can pair with your phone; instrumentation belongs in the dashboard the car already has. Familiar at first glance. More considered with every mile.
Made around your answers.
A commission starts with how you would use the car: what you drive now, where you would take it and what you would want to be sitting in. Paint, leather, canvas, stitching and hardware follow that conversation.
Rivivente's restoration approach begins with finding the car and stripping it to bare metal. The finish matters, but so do the things you touch: supportive seating, aligned panel gaps and a door that closes properly. No trim levels. No packages. Just a conversation that ends in a car.
